Chad Stecher is a Senior Accountant at Terry Lockridge & Dunn. Since joining the firm in 2011, Stecher’s areas of expertise have included individual and business tax return preparation, working with QuickBooks and state and local tax issues.
Prior to joining Terry Lockridge & Dunn, Stecher worked as a senior accountant at Dickenson & Clark (2007-2011). He was in charge of income tax return preparation and income tax planning for individuals, partnerships, limited liability companies and corporations. He also prepared compiled and reviewed financial statements and preformed financial statement analysis. Stecher also previously worked as an accounts maintenance clerk for the US Army Defense Finance and Accounting Service (2006-2007) and as a tax intern at RSM McGladrey, Inc. during the 2007 tax season.
Stecher earned a Masters in business administration from the University of Nebraska at Omaha. He earned his Bachelor of Arts in accounting and finance from St. Ambrose University in Davenport, Iowa.
He is a Licensed Public Accountant and an Enrolled Agent.
Chad and his wife, Julie, have two children. In his free time, he enjoys running, playing golf and soccer, and spending time with his family and friends.
