Save On Property Taxes By Creating A Residential Co-op

Three Partners at Terry Lockridge & Dunn gave a presentation on the tax advantages of creating a Residential Co-op, at the State of Iowa Landlords Convention, October 7th in Cedar Rapids.

Todd Helle, Mike Mesch and Kim Vine explained the pros and cons and operational issues of transferring rental property from individual ownership to corporation ownership, as part of the annual seminar attended by landlords and property owners from throughout the state.
