Flood of 2008 Update

We want to start by saying that we hope you are safe and sound from the floods.  Our thoughts go out to those in our community suffering from this disaster.  As we work through this event together, we wanted to provide an update on our office locations as well as supply you with a list of important resources during this time.

As many of you are aware, the Flood of 2008 has forced many residents and businesses to evacuate much of the downtown Cedar Rapids area.  Though our Cedar Rapids office was one of the many in the mandatory evacuation areas, we were able to initiate our emergency back-up plan in order to provide uninterrupted service to our clients.  Thankfully, Terry, Lockridge & Dunn and World Trend Financial are able to maintain our business operations from our new Iowa City office, located at 2225 Mormon Trek Blvd in Iowa City as well as in Cedar Rapids at our temporary location at 2205 Blairs Ferry Crossing in Hiawatha.  Our phone numbers remain the same; however, please be sure to use PO Box 75006 for any mail addressed to our Cedar Rapids office.  Please do not hesitate to call or stop by either office as usual during normal business hours.

Below is a list of telephone numbers and websites you may find useful in obtaining information about and/or help from the flood.

Although there is an abundance of resources available, we want you to know that we are also here to help you as needs arise so please do not hesitate to contact us.  Please stay safe as we recover from this and feel free to pass this list of resources on to anyone else who could use it.

*Please see the bottom of this e-mail for important tax information from the IRS.
