On Thursday, November 8, employees from Terry, Lockridge & Dunn and World Trend Financial prepared a meal, consisting of pizza, breadsticks, salad and dessert, for the guests at the Ronald McDonald House in Iowa City. The fifty plus house guests, many there during difficult times, were able to take the night off from the kitchen and enjoy a prepared, donated meal. “It was a fun experience to cook with co-workers but the best part was seeing the families come to enjoy the meal—it was a great feeling,” states Todd Helle of the experience.
The two firms have volunteered in the community in many other ways this year. Founder Tim Terry wraps up the companies’ sentiments by saying, “I believe we are at our best when we give back. I am particularly pleased to see the Terry, Lockridge & Dunn and World Trend communities giving back!”
