Dennis has been involved in the financial services industry since 1992. He served as CEO of Capital Directions until it joined with Savant in 2023. Prior to joining Capital Directions, Dennis was a senior institutional consultant with TIAA and a staff accountant with KPMG.
Dennis earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Appalachian State University and is a CERTIFIED FINANCIAL PLANNER™ professional. He is an active participant in Vistage, a CEO coaching and peer advisory organization, and serves on the Appalachian State University Foundation Board.
Dennis is an active member of Alpharetta (GA) Methodist Church and a supporter of North Fulton Community Charities’ Circle of Hope. Dennis and his wife Katherine have two children. In their free time, they enjoy golf, snow skiing, and supporting the App State Mountaineers and Clemson Tigers.
