Kim has been involved in the tax and consulting industry since 1986. She worked for Terry Lockridge & Dunn from 1993 until it joined with Savant in 2022. Her expertise includes tax planning and consulting for individuals and closely held businesses as well as real estate ventures, trusts, and estates.
Kim earned a bachelor’s degree in accounting from Mount Mercy College in Cedar Rapids. She is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA) and is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants.
Kim and her husband Joe live in rural Linn County. She has three children and one granddaughter.
