Mike Mesch, CPA/ABV, ASA, CFF is the Manager of Business Valuation and Advisory Services at Terry Lockridge & Dunn. He is also a Partner.
Since joining the firm in 2004, Mesch has specialized in business valuations, succession planning, litigation support, estate and wealth transfer planning, and internal revenue service compromises.
Previously, Mesch worked as a Senior Accountant at Wilkerson, Guthmann + Johnson (2001-2004). There he prepared business and personal income tax returns. He also managed audits, reviews, and compilations for small to mid-size businesses with an emphasis on non-profit foundations and auto dealerships.
Mesch graduated from the University of Iowa in 2000 with a Bachelor of Business in finance and economics with a minor in political science. He earned his accredited senior appraiser credential from the American Society of Appraisers. Mesch also has a certification in financial forensics.
Mike served as Co-Chair on the Murals and More board of directors and is an alumni of the Iowa City Chamber of Commerce Leadership program. He is also on the Board of Directors of the Cedar Rapids Estate Planning Council. He belongs to the American Society of Public Accountants, the Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants, and the Hawkeye Chapter of Iowa Society of Certified Public Accountants.
Mesch and his wife, Steffani, have two children, Greyson and Elliette. He enjoys golfing and spending time with his family.
