Serena Robertson is the Administrative Office Manager for Terry Lockridge & Dunn. Serena earned her AA in Accounting and Computer Programming & Networking at Kaplan University; her BBA with a minor in Finance at Mt. Mercy University; and her MBA with a minor in Human Resources at Mt. Mercy University.

Serena has three children:  Bailey, Elijah and Aaliyah.  Bailey is a senior at UNI majoring in Education and Early Childhood.  The other two are students in the Community College School district.  Serena is involved with Junior Achievement as a classroom volunteer and is a crisis hotline volunteer with Friends of the Family.  In her free time, she enjoys praying, reading the Bible, spending time with family, attending her children’s athletic events and giving back to the community.
