The Cedar Rapids offices of Terry Lockridge & Dunn and World Trend Financial moved out of the Dows Building on Friday, December 30, 2016 and into the Town Centre building, just around the block from our old location. The Town Centre is a Class A building. We occupy 13,500 square feet – all on one floor! Our new address is: 221 Third Avenue SE Suite 215 Cedar Rapids, IA 52401.
Our clients will enjoy covered parking in the attached parking ramp! It is accessed from the back of the building on 4th Avenue. For those of you that are long time Cedar Rapidians, this is the old Killian’s Parkade. It has restricted access. At the bottom of the ramp is a box that you will scroll through the names using the up/down arrow to find either TLD or World Trend. When you land on the correct name, press the green button and it rings to our reception desk, where we provide access for the gate to rise. If the gate happens to be open, feel free to drive on up without ringing for the receptionist.
We have eight designed client parking spots on the 2nd floor of the parking ramp. You enter the Town Centre building from the parking ramp through the double set of glass doors. We are located in Suite 215, which is straight through the 2 sets of double doors leading from the parking ramp into the building, first office on the right. For those that may prefer street parking, continue to bring the receptionist your parking spot number and we will take care of it for you. You can enter the building from the 3rd Avenue/3rd Street main entrance and take the elevator to the 2nd floor. We are located immediately off the elevator.
