Due to extreme weather conditions, the 5th Annual Realtor and Developer Summit, previously scheduled for Thursday, January 31st, was rescheduled to Monday, February 11th. If you previously registered, and can still attend, you need to do nothing. You are still registered. If you previously registered, but cannot make the February 11th date, please contact Jody at email@example.com and let her know to free up your seat. If you would like to attend, but had not previously registered, please contact Jody at firstname.lastname@example.org by February 5th and provide your name, business and email address to reserve your seat. The 5th Annual Realtor and Developer Summit, presented by Terry Lockridge & Dunn, Accountants and Business Consultants, and Pugh Hagan Prahm, PLC, Attorneys and Counselors, will be held from 2:30 – 4:45 pm on Monday, February 11th, at The Hotel at Kirkwood. Check-in begins at 2:00 pm. Reception following the program. Realtors, real estate developers, or those interested in these topics and learning from the experts, should attend. 2 hours CE available for Licensed Iowa Realtors. Topics covered will include: tax updates, opportunity zones, depreciation changes for real estate, closing checklists, real estate planning, case law updates, and changes to the state users and reversion act. There is no cost to attend for non-realtors. A $15 fee will be collected the day of the event for realtor CE certificate processing.
