With the number of COVID-19 cases rising again around the country, as well as locally, the Governor of Iowa has extended the emergency proclamation. We are concerned for the health of our staff and our clients. Therefore, the decision has been made to continue to keep our doors closed to all except staff members. At this time, we do not anticipate opening our doors to clients and guests until after Labor Day. We will continue to monitor the situation.
In Iowa City, the outside doors into the building will be open during normal business hours. The glass doors into our offices will be locked whenever our receptionist is not in the office. There will be a phone number posted on the door that can be called and it will ring to a person that is in the office. They will be able to open the door, without touching anything, so you can drop off your materials into the designated box. You will not be allowed to come into the office.
In Cedar Rapids, the outside doors into the building will be open during normal business hours. The glass doors to the office may be locked during the noon – 1 pm hour due to limited staffing. Please drop off materials at other times. You will not be allowed to come into the office.
There is no pickup of materials at either office at this time. All items will be mailed to you.
No in person appointments are permitted in our office buildings.
