The number of COVID-19 cases have been rising again around the country, as well as locally. We are concerned for the health of our staff and our clients. Therefore, the decision has been made to continue to keep our doors closed to all except staff members. We will continue to monitor the situation.
Accommodations are available in both offices, if an in-person meeting is required. Please contact your accountant or investment advisor rep directly to make those arrangements.
The procedures to drop off materials to us is:
In Iowa City, the outside doors into the building will be open during normal business hours. The glass doors into our offices will be locked whenever our receptionist is not in the office. There will be a phone number posted on the door that can be called and it will ring to a person that is in the office. They will be able to open the door, without touching anything, so you can drop off your materials into the designated box. You will not be allowed to come into the office to visit.
In Cedar Rapids, the outside doors into the building will be open during normal business hours. However, the glass doors to the office may be locked during the noon – 1 pm hour due to limited staffing. Please drop off materials on the table right inside our door. You will not be allowed to come into the office to visit.
